Our last couple of gigs have been of the private-party variety, and let me tell you, those are some good times. Why, just last Thursday we found ourselves at the St. Arnold's Brewery for a party celebrating the 2nd annivesary of our friends' Carla and Matt's wedding reception. So we played a nice show for everyone and had a real fine time. Jason and I tried to drink our weight in St Arnold's beer, and we failed--but not miserably. I highly recommend the Elissa IPA made by St. Arnolds. I love it. Outside of that, we are taking it a bit easy this month.

Hopefully, you have noticed that we put some gigs on the calendar. We are stoked to be playing some cool gigs with some good friends over the next little while. Tea Leaf Green will be here in Houston to play a show with us next week, which should be loads of fun. I am gearing up for the bands in route or leaving jazz fest. You can bet I will be seeing the Black Crowes, Derek Trucks Band, and MMW--that's for damn sure.

Anyway, we are on the schedule for Texas A&M, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and hopefully Denton and Lubbock in the coming months. People get ready.
